Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Warranty Terms. 

If you bought any hybrid batteries in our website, you agree to be bound by these Warranty Terms.

You must provide your car to our place (repair location may change) to diagnose, remove, test and replace a bad module in hybrid battery, reinstall, rediagnose and remove trouble codes to figure out any problems to be sure that warranty repair or not according to warranty terms.

We cannot do a full repair of your car on your place (location) without our quality equipment, only do car diagnostics and remove trouble codes (additional cost depends on weather condition, mileage, city, state, if we come to do it)

If you are unable to provide your vehicle at our place (location) to repair it, we can provide you a Tow Car Service to pick up your car and bring it to us to repair it (additional cost for towing it depends on weather condition, mileage, city, state)

You must take out any things or parts while laying in the car before planning repair. Please do cleaning inside, under hood, and in the trunk of car. If you can't do it we may hire a car cleaning company to do cleaning in your car. Additional price for cleaning will be included in repair of your car. 

We are not responsible for things and parts you leave in the car.

We reserve the right, provide appointments to repair your hybrid battery according of our schedule within 30 days.

We also inform you that repair of the hybrid battery may take up to 10 days.

IMPORTANT

You must start your car at least one time per week to keep your hybrid battery charged (two times per week in winter it's depends on temperature outside). We are not responsible and not keep warranty for uncharged hybrid battery in your car if you not folowed the over rules.

Also, you need to pay additional price to repair your hybrid battery if you want to fix it.

Warranty on hybrid battery includes:

- diagnose

- remove a hybrid battery

- test and replace a bad module, and other parts of hybrid battery

- reinstall your hybrid battery

- rediagnose

- remove trouble codes

Warranty does not include:

- if you open, change cells (modules) or any parts or reinstall our hybrid battery after install by Hybrid Hero LNK employee, warranty on hybrid battery is done.

- uncharged hybrid battery (car not started at least one time per week (two times per week in winter it's depends on temperature outside) or long time for any reason and hybrid battery doesn't have enough voltage and amperage to start a car again)

- distance to your place (additional cost depends on weather condition, mileage, city, state) to diagnose, remove, test, install or reinstall hybrid battery, rediagnose and remove trouble codes

- distance from your place (additional cost depends on weather condition, mileage, city, state) to diagnose, remove, test, install or reinstall hybrid battery, rediagnose and remove trouble codes

- diagnose, check and repair other parts of your car (not hybrid battery)

Return:

- you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return hybrid battery

- if you return hybrid battery, we charge you at least 250$ or 25% of your payment for use hybrid battery

- if you return dead hybrid battery, we charge you at least 550$ or 75% of your payment for dead hybrid battery

- if our employees come to remove and take out hybrid battery you need to pay for it (for time and mileage to your city, for labor job)
